Stanton Ridge Special Meeting

The Board will be holding a special meeting on Monday, July 1, 2024. The reason for this meeting is to approve the installation of Flock cameras within the community and increasing the association fee to $325 per quarter, beginning Q3. Please note that this increase will cover the costs of the cameras without diminishing the reserve fund for the Association.

This meeting will take place over Zoom at 6:30PM. Matrix will be sending a meeting invite to all residents on Friday, June 28th.

Sanitation Collection Service Discontinued
The Township of Readington has recently notified owners of their decision to discontinue sanitation collection services beginning January 1, 2024. This includes garbage, recycling, and bulk pickup. Please email erin@matrixpmgroup.com with questions.

RESIDENT PORTAL

Stanton Ridge homeowners will soon be able to manage accounts, submit ARC (Architectural Review Committee) requests, receive and access communications, review calendar of events, access individual payment history, and more on a resident portal called Enumerate, a new community management software rolling out in Q2 2023. 

Starting in April, each homeowner will be provided with an initial login to set up your account, and we will host 3 demo walk-throughs via video conference (timing TBA) for anyone who would like to join. Our Community Manager, Erin Cautero, and your HOA Board members will be available for any questions after these demos as we work through this transition.

This software will be instrumental in creating an efficient and easy to use landing point for all things “Stanton Ridge HOA” and will hopefully help facilitate easier communication going forward.
