As you are likely aware, the Readington Township contract with Republic Sanitation will be ending Dec 31, 2023, and all residents are required to establish their own garbage & recycling contracts going forward.   After speaking with Grand Sanitation, LMR, Republic, Roselli, and Sanico, the Board determined the best value for weekly garbage and recycling was through LMR.  The contract is also attached for your review.   Pricing/Detail Summary:  

Term: 3 year agreement

Delivery Fee for two cans: $10.00 one-time fee

% Increase after 1st year of service: 4%

Recycling: 65 Gallon can/Pick Up 1x per week

Garbage: 95 Gallon can/Pick Up 1x per week

Total: $25.00 monthly

 Term: 3 year agreement

Delivery Fee for two cans: $10.00 one-time fee

% Increase after 1st year of service: 4%

Recycling: 65 Gallon can/Pick Up 1x per week

Garbage: 65 Gallon can/Pick Up 1x per week

Total: $23.00 monthly

Additional 95 gallon trash can: $10.00 per month

Additional 65 gallon recycling can: $8.00 per month

Conclusion of contract can removal: $10.00

Please note that when sending back the information, you must complete page 1 of the 95 Gallon OR 65 Gallon contract.

When you sign up, you must also complete the credit authorization form and send this back with the contract of your choice.

Please note that you are not required to use this vendor however we negotiated in good faith on behalf of the community and encourage everyone to use the same hauler to reduce /minimize truck traffic in our neighborhood.  

We urge everyone to submit your paperwork expeditiously so as to avert a disruption in your service.  We will continue to work with LMR until the transition is complete.
