MEET THE BOARD MEMBERS OF THE STANTON RIDGE HOA

PRESIDENT

Alissa moved to Stanton Ridge with her husband Jake in Sept of 2020. They, along with their three young daughters, love meeting neighbors on walks and during community events.

Alissa grew up in Salt Lake City, UT and earned a BA in Economics and French at Macalester College in St Paul, MN. She has a penchant for winter sports, arguing that Utah skiing is unparalleled and boasting a college ice hockey career, and hopes to have many more winter snowstorms that turn the Stanton Ridge golf course into an epic sledding park. She spent a number of years working in trading operations at Goldman Sachs in NYC before pivoting to a sales role with an Educational Technology startup. Today, she tries to keep up with the kids’ schedules, reads as much as she can, tries to grow tomatoes and basil in the backyard during the summer (sometimes successfully), while working with the Stanton Ridge HOA Board to provide the community with clear, fair and friendly communication and increased connectivity. 

VICE PRESIDENT

Terri moved to Stanton Ridge in 2012 with her husband Robert, and has been serving on the HOA Board since being elected in 2019. Her interest in the board began when she saw it necessary to help curb speeding in the neighborhood.  She is the mother to three adult children and grandmother to two grandchildren. Terri grew up in upstate New York and attended the University of Albany where she earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Russian Language and an MBA in Business.  She was accepted to Albany Law School where she pursued a degree in law in 1982.  Terri began her career as a lobbyist first on the state level in New York and then on the federal level in Washington, D.C. where she worked on public health grassroots issues for 8 years.  She started her own Interior Design firm during her stay at home time raising her children.  Her business has continued in three different states for the last 32 years.  Terri's most recent business transaction is her investment in a Pure Barre studio in Hoboken, NJ.  Her interests include tennis in a daily morning Early Bird league, reading, power walking, and traveling either with her husband for his business or for pleasure.
